Whole Body Method is a large, comfortable, classical Pilates studio with two floors of practice space (group class space and private session space). The instructors (shoutout to Cynthia) are welcoming and genuinely interested in you, and the Pilates instruction and education is refreshingly comprehensive. I leave every class feeling pleased at what I've learned and accomplished. It's a gem in the mid-city area!

I am getting results! Took classes at another studio and was not seeing changes in my muscle strength and endurance after a year of classes 5-6 times a month. After 4 months at whole body method supplemented by mat work at home my jeans are looser and the back fat is diminishing ! Highly recommended!!!

Classic Pilates where looking good is a lovely side effect of building strength and flexibility. For me it’s the perfect way to keep myself injury free and let my mind wander a bit
