The owner of this business contacted me and given the amount effort he has put into getting my window, I am updating my review. I received a call from him on the day I made my first review. I then received a follow up call again on Monday. Today Wednesday I was told the window is ready for pick up.
Westside Doors is Amazing! My project got behind, we didn't order windows in time. Westside was able to deliver by far the FASTEST and amazingly, at THE BEST PRICE! Not only that, we made a mistake on measuring, and had to order new window sizes (ughhh). Westside tried their best to cancel, and when they couldn't, expedited our order and gave us a good discount. Recently (we're doing a major remodel) we needed an unusual "restaurant door" for the kitchen. Westside Doors was able to provide the door and hinges at the BEST COST and it was READY IN A FEW DAYS! This is only feedback for service; I cannot speak on the quality of product or work.I reached out for a quote for windows. The person I communicated with was not very helpful in accomplishing that. On top of that, every response took him or her 3-5 days to respond.I would suggest not wasting your time to get a quote via email.
