Told my mother to take one of my jackets to the cleaners. I forgot to tell my mother to remove my Jade heart I alway keep in the pocket held by a safety pin that made my jade secure. I think I could have machine washed my jacket and that jade heart would have been dangling from the pocket, it was so secure. When I picked up the jacket the jade was gone. I called to ask if they had it but I was told they did not find it. I hate it when people are dishonest. I don't feel safe taking my garments there anymore.

Thanks for always providing everyone at Ecogreen great service. Your staff is so courteous and never hesitates to ask questions regarding dry cleaning or tailoring, we appreciate you guys very much.

Super nice staff and even nicer owner. I swear most of my clothing is dry clean only, and seeing that this is my first real job after graduating, Marci the owner, a fellow USC graduate made it so it didn't feel like I was breaking the bank for my dry clean bill. Super fair pricing, and when they managed to get the wine stain out of my white silk blouse, I will be a life time customer. Thanks for all the hard work.
