I had my taxes prepared here this past tax season and not only was I impressed with my refund amount but the quality and level of customer service received was impeccable and they are much more than an average tax service as the office is open every day even some Saturdays all year long it's an all around business center they offer an absolutely free initial consultation[ also speak Spanish] where they first go over your individual tax and related financial situation they then discuss all your options should there be any IRS issues and allow you along with their expert opinion customize and pursue a solid safe and as much as possible a stress free solution for your personal tax needs Val Cordova also offers business planning services,bookeeping services,notary services,payroll services,insurance services [auto,home,life etc.] ,last will and testament preparation, typing services, along with faxing,and copy service.I was highly impressed with the professionalism of the staff & the high level of honest quality client service throughout my entire process upon entering the quaint yet clean and nicely decorated storefront office they greet you with a warm "hello, may I help you?" and follow it up with getting your paperwork started immediately also offering you water,tea,or coffee and if you have children with you they offer a snack and juice this office is at the Corner of Slauson & Van Ness avenues in Los Angeles although the area isn't the most high end or desirable their high level of quality client services professional approach to their business and personal attention paid to every client and potential client is not only desired in this day and age, but necessary in a community where customer service often falls short while also keeping their rates very modest even offering some clients payment arrangements as needed. With Val Cordova's owner,and leader Kesiah Cordova who's an established CFO. of an unrelated fortune 500 company at the helm as both owner and a licensed CPA. she's "in the trenches" with her highly qualified staff this company of 17years and 3 years in the same location should flourish and continue to be a vital business in its community of south Los Angeles.
