My husband and I spent over a year trying to find a contractor who was experienced with structural issues as well as kitchen and bath remodel. Many who came to give us an estimate weren’t willing to take on our project and most of the ones who gave us a bid, seemed exorbitant. From our first interactions with Shay, we could tell his company was something different. Not only was he eager to take on our project, he was able to show us pictures of similar jobs he’d completed and provided us with references that we could go see for ourselves. He emphasized that he wanted to be our forever contractor, not just the guy who helped us with this project. Shay runs his company as a family business and he really does treat you like family. Throughout the project, he looked out for our best interests, helped us make sound decisions, and guided us to vendors that would provide quality products for our remodel. Shay stands by his word and makes himself available for questions and concerns. He responded quickly to email, text, phone calls and he met with us, in person, at least once a week to walk the site and discuss the progress. He listened to our concerns and helped to find a solution that made the most sense. The majority of the crews from Unity Construction have worked with Shay for over a decade. You can tell they know their trades well and executed our plans to perfection. We passed our inspections without issue and finished our project on time as promised. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and look forward to working with Unity Construction again in the future!

They gave me a detailed proposal with a breakdown of my payment plan which was extremely reasonable and didn't try to jerk me around. I never thought a contractor like this could exist but I was wrong. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat.
