First of all, I have been through 4 bookkeepers in the last 2 years because the communication has been so frustrating. When you have someone dealing with your money and handling your categories, you want someone who actually cares about doing it right and will take the time to find out how you spend and help you set up a proper system so you can run your business like a pro!
