Love the doctors and staff but the examination rooms need a major upgrade.
Its close to where i live & Dr’s truly are top notch & referrals too. I don’t mind waiting since i prefer drs who don’t rush their patients.
5 stars for drs & staff & 2 stars for facility & over booking.
I’ve been a patient here for 22 years & since ucla took over it seems dr’s were rushed more & facilities not upgraded. But the newer ucla mp facility in Calabasas is top shelf. Hopefully wshc gets upgraded to 21st century standards
I feel torn writing about this place because I did like Dr. Hutchinson in person but their terrible billing practices and complete lack of customer service have driven me to write this review. Do not go here if you don't want to review your bills for mistakes and constantly have to chase them down for corrections to your bill. Literally every time I'm there I get billed for something that I shouldn't have been billed for. The last time I got billed because I went in for a "wellness" visit but she recommended that I get a colonoscopy and apparently I got charged for that suggestion. The most recent time I got billed $997.68 for a regular office visit because they were no longer in- network with my insurance and they failed to let me know even though they ran my insurance card prior. The worst part is that when you write them though the portal they send you a canned response saying the doctor is "overwhelmed with messages" (see pictures with different dates.) All in all an unfortunate experience and I will not be returning
The staff have always been great to me. Doing their best to accommodate whatever my needs are. They've always been polite and efficient. I've been with Dr. Solomon since almost my first time going. He will be delayed, but that is because he actually takes the time to listen to what your problems are instead of pushing you out as fast as he can. Unfortunately UCLA does try to limit patient time but he does his best to take care of each patient's needs. I could go on and on about how he has helped us but will just say he is the best!
