I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Lottatti... She was very thorough and kind during the visit; answering all questions I had and made me feel at ease with the procedures and next steps. My dog is now playing again and able to sleep throughout the night.
My furry baby 15 year old female matli-poo, Precious, and I staid up all nite. She had Diarrhea, didn't want to eat or go for a walk all day Wed to Thursday. I hated her crying in pain and not wanting to sleep in her bed. I've taken her to TrueCare before awhile back to help me give her pain meds.
Got there at 5:15am. There was no one else there at that time. Vet assistant took her in for her vitals and explained to me what was going on. Her anal glands were impacted and infected. She had a slight fever and that was causing her lethargy, not wanting to eat and just feeling in pain.

So grateful to have the amazing Dr. Chaplow and everyone at Blue Pearl including Anastasia, Shukran, Sarah, Noah, and Xander caring for our little Sweetie. Dr. Chaplow is a a complete genius and everyone is so thoughtful, truly kind, and professional. I have complete peace of mind knowing Sweetie is getting the very best care and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
