I was told to be here at 6pm for acupuncture. Nobody told me who with. Nobody is in the waiting room so I waited in the waiting room for 20 min before someone came out. They asked who am I seeing however I didn't know because the lady on the phone didn't tell me. Then they said my appointment is actually at 6:30pm which it's not. I was told 6pm and even confirmed with the lady on the phone. Anyways I walked out and will not return. So can't give a review on the quality of treatment. Customer service is rubbish.
Have been meaning to write this review for a year! Dr. Kim is so great- I had chronic headaches and the occasional back issue and he always evaluated, told me what was going on, suggestions, and I always walked out feeling great. Love that he mixes acupuncture with massage since the combination seems to really work. He's the best!!
Training for a marathon and had a nagging hip issue that seemed like it was going to be around for a couple weeks. Went to see Dr. Kim and he knew exactly what to do. A little acupuncture and stretching and 3 days later I was healed. Man is a wizard.
