I have been going to Tomoka for over a year, and I can honestly say she is the best! She is knowledgeable, clean, talented, and friendly. The salon is so peaceful and relaxing (unlike other salons). There is metered street parking; however, crossing the street can be tricky if there is a lot of traffic on Robertson. But, in a pinch, there is a parking garage nearby. I highly recommend her if you need gel or a regular manicure and polish.

Tomoka is the best at what she does! I will never go to anyone else! My nails are much stronger since coming to her and I've never had issues with my gel lifting on the sides or chipping. Love love love her heart

This review is really 4.5 stars as I absolutely was delighted with Tomoko! I meant to put this review up earlier as I had a gel mani and reg. pedi done approximately 2 months ago from Tomoko. Her nail skills were superb and she was very nice. She checked all the boxes. I minused only half star because it's a little pricey but as they say... you pay for what you get If her prices were just a tad bit less and her location a little closer to me; I would definitely frequent more often. Metered street parking was no problem and the shop was very clean. I felt quite comfortable. She uses an all natural gel that was quite unique in how she applied to my nails.
