If you want great cut and color, and not have to pay an arm or a leg? Tip Toes salon is the place for you. Located in a strip mall a block from Target. You can find parking pretty easily. The cost for a cut and a half-head single color runs about $55 total. Barbara is the one I go to and she is super friendly and chatty.

My mom has been going to the girl named Ripsi for 23 years now, She is a amazing colorists, stylist ....and just a great person all around..nothing but respect for her..5 star salon....

I love Ripsy! I've been a client here for 20 years! Ripsy is the best! I moved out of Glendale and drive an hour to get my hair done with her. I will not trust anyone else with my hair. She always gives you the style and color that you you ask for.
