One of my double piercings on my earlobe closed unexpectedly the other day when I was trying to put in my earrings and go to work. I wanted to get it redone ASAP. I sent an email and was able to go the same day after work.
Alex was very professional and even checked to make sure that the piercing was actually closed from the back despite the front part seeming normal. It was :( but! It was quick and mostly painless. I was there for a max of like 15 mins and I was out the door.
If I want to get another piercing, I would definitely come back!

The only place I will get tattooed at in Califas; traditional style. I live in Northern California at the moment. I refuse to get any work done in Northern California due to how unsatisfactory the work is. I have been coming here for 3 years now maybe. Ray is my tattoo artist @rockabillyraymerlin and he has NEVER failed to disappoint me. I also occasionally bring friends here to get tattooed, and have yet to hear a complaint!! The shop is SUPER clean, the employees are friendly, respectful, and outgoing. The conversations and music always on point.
