I booked this hotel for a one night stay as my sister and I were going a cruise the next day. There are a few things that I did and didn't like about the stay. We arrived on Monday morning before the hotel's required check in time, upon entering I was immediately hit with a wonderful aroma. The hotel lobby smelled amazing and looked beautiful. Because of this impression, I felt good that I had choose a great place to stay for a night. However, things begin to change. Being that we arrived prior to the normal check in time, I asked if I could check in early and was told yes but there would be a $75 charge due to the time. WOW!!! My flight at LAX got canceled so they set me up for 2 nights at the Westin. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. They have a small shop downstairs (like a gift shop and had some personal supplies) which was quite overpriced but it had the things I was missing last minute (hair brush, meds, deodorant etc). The hotel also has a bar/grill downstairs and a place to supposedly get breakfast, but I ends up using Ubereats as I did not get up early enough to make it.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stats is because there is NO COMPLIMENTARY WIFI FOR GUESTS. It's $15 a day for web browsing but if you want to stream a show etc it's $18 a day... read full review
Stayed here for Arsenal Vs Manchester Rivials in Red, Would stay again, rooms were perfect, service was excellent, location it was a bit tricky to get in n out, but perfect nonetheless, 9/10 would stay again, if you're a big fan of planes I'd recommend trying to get a room on the 7th floor with a right side view window, could see the various planes landing, was really cool!
