By far this is the most pleasant staff I have ever encountered in my life and I am 64. Everyone is nice. Dr. Bruce is awesome she's thorough, explains clearly in "Dental for Dummies" my words not hers. I think Deanne (receptionist) awesome lady, Dr. Bruce's asst, I did not catch her name very pleasant. As I sit I'm trying think about any other Dr's office that the entire staff were kind...I cannot. You will not be disappointed with a visit to The Smiling Dentist. I have my first real appt in a couple weeks I'm sure it will be great. Today was just a consult.
My mother is 80yrs old and has dementia and Dr. Bruce is her dentist. Dr. Bruce, her technicians/assistants, and front office staff are so patient and gentle with my mother. I am so appreciative of the way they interact with her. They communicate timely and often about insurance matters and appointments. They are responsive by phone and text for after hour emergencies.
Recently my mom had dentures made. Dr. Bruce did a great job with the molds. They look very natural. Dr. Parker performed the extractions which was no small feat given the number and condition of her teeth - and anesthesia was not a viable option. Anytime I have to visit the Smiling Dentist office, I know I'm in good hands. Dr. Monica Bruce and her staff are very professional, efficient, knowledge and experienced. If asked, I would highly recommend anyone to the Smiling Dentist.
