Love this hotel! First time here! Great location, cozy seats & set-up. The food, 5 stars! Melanie was the chef & she came out to say hello! So far everything, including the coffee is awesome. The lounge is comfortable, like a friendly family room. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean.

A recent visit to the Ritz Carlton Spa at the LA Live property was just what I needed after neatly 2 years of Covid lock down. The spa is equal parts beautiful and accommodating. It is run professionally and is well appointed with every amenity you could ask for. If you are wanting to take a pause for the cause, this is the place. I found the staff to be incredibly competent and caring. My therapist, Brandi was an absolute stand out. Every time I stay at this property I am reminded of what a hotel stay can be - a genuine respite. Thank you Ritz Carlton, you did it again!

Amazing! My friend treated me to a deep tissue massage, and it was such an amazing experience! They walk you to your locker where there's a robe and slipper you can change into before your massage. You wait for the massage in this sanctuary room that is for the most part relaxing unless you come on a busy weekend and it's packed. All the attention to minor details is definitely what makes a high end spa stand out--robe quality, robe hanger that keeps it warm while you're getting your massage, comfortable and heated the massage beds, how the massage bed is adjustable and can move into different angles, cucumbers on the bowl of eucalyptus infused towels, eucalyptus mist...read full review
