Tiffany did reach out to me and graciously allowed me to come back and try another therapist for free. I was recommended Dimorie (guessing on the spelling) and he was fantastic. He gave a good amount of pressure, was super friendly and knowledgeable. This time I left feeling better and would feel good about coming back and booking with him again. It's nice when a company does right by their customers and tries make a bad experience better.
I had the best experience at the Now on Beverly. After reading reviews, I specified to have Caylen as my therapist. Caylen was able to target my muscles tightness stemming from years of back pain. I had to leave this review. I had an incredible 80-minute prenatal massage with Adam, big shout out. It was absolute heaven! He made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire session, and it was truly the best massage I've ever had. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much again.
