Placed 3 orders for Christmas arrangements. One was delivered and the other 2 were canceled by the company, not by me. I was still charged over $234 for all 3 arrangements. Never again! I don't recommend this company!
Do not ever buy flowers from this place!
My daughter sent me flowers as a gift with a beautiful heart, but you took the money and upset me with flowers that are nothing but trash. The flowers were wilted, the arrangement was a mess, and the flowers withered in just one day, so I had to throw them out the next day.
Absolutely terrible experience!!!! My order has not shipped yet and they won't cancel it. I was sending a beautiful bouquet to a friend who is in Westchester, their head office is in Marina del Rey. I picked a California farmer and obviously it's a popular bouquet . If you can't deliver quickly flowers, which are usually because of a birthday, special event, which is timely, what's the point in sending flowers? The customer service chat has been canceled my multiple times. Businesses need to train and support their customer service team just saying no and then dropping the chat is so unprofessional.
