We were having dinner at the Horses, and my daughter was dancing at the courtyard then came across this lovely lady who invited us to the dancing studio. We had fun there and the lady danced with my daughter for 10min. The instructor there was welcoming and friendly too. Just wanted to say thank you here!

I wish that I discovered Barboza sooner! It is so much more than a workout, it opens up a new way of paying closer attention to one's posture, being more agile and feeling appreciation for one's body and its strength.
The classes are tailored well for each level and the exercises are challenging but rewarding. You will be amazed at how the smallest movements create such a well-rounded and intense exercise. Stefanie and the other instructors are friendly and helpful and the mood is always fun, especially when fueled by dramatic film scores.

Not only does the owner Stefanie know her stuff, but she is a natural teacher, friend, and makes everyone feel like they belong, even if it is hard as heck. All of the classes are amazing and I have zero bad things to say. From the environment that she fosters with her spotless studio, feng shui decor, and peaceful ambience to her instruction methods, and the results she produces. When I first started going, I knew it would be great but I didn't know I would be addicted. As a fitness instructor myself of over a decade, my standards for fitness and dance instructors are very high, and The Barboza Method exceeds that.
