My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our windows and doors from Taylor Brothers. Their staff is friendly and they have a huge showroom with many different options and displays to try out. We had a lot of fun just checking out the showroom. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs. He was really good at providing options that met our budget and timeline. Everything went smooth and the salesperson was easy to reach when we had questions. I would definitely work with Taylor Brothers again in the future.
Superior product and a high level of service from the sales agents. The delivery of a 40,000 dollar shipment in windows consists of them pulling their truck to the curb NOT lifting the units from the truck to the curb. This was not explained to me upon placing the order. Over all the whole delivery experience soured my transaction with a business that prides itself on excellence. I would have gladly paid for a proper delivery if I had been offered that service.
We reached out to Taylor Brothers for a quote for 5 replacement windows for our home. Taylor Brothers was very responsive, and our sales rep Holly quickly helped get us a quote (for Milgard windows). However, it became clear that we couldn't actually get what we wanted in Milgard, so Holly helped us find an option that worked for our particular situation (in this case, some Marvin products). She helped us through a few different options changes and was friendly and quick to respond each time. She ensured that we got the right product for our needs. Thank you, Holly, for all your help!
