“Yesterday was my first time at LA Sun spray tan and I had a great experience! Parking was very easy at valet for only four dollars and my service was very quick, professional and cute space! I rinsed my express tan off after four hours and was already left with a very bronze skin tone throughout the day today it has been developing very nicely with no Hughes of orange. “I've officially been waxing monthly for a little over a YEAR, and I absolutely love it here! I am always willing to drive a little further (I live in DTLA) for service! I strongly recommend Madison Meyer! It took a while for me to find my groove, but she is truly the best waxing professional I've ever been to! She works quickly, efficiently, and doesn't have to pluck stray hairs that were missed, because she's that thorough! I love the vibe of the spot! There are always nice items for sale, and GREAT deals for black friday (wish it would get here quickly! They did a 60% off sale last time, and I got gifts for the women in my life for the whole year! lol) But seriously, I was anti-wax before coming here, and again, Madison Meyer is your girl! I kid you not, she finished me in 7 minutes once! 2 songs played on the radio, and she was done. No strays. Love that they allow us to use classpass, but being that they limited classpass sessions for the summer, please call ahead so you can stay on schedule! I didn't know WAX changed their Classpass availability for the summer. We didn't get an update via Classpass, and the next availability for my girl was almost 2 weeks out, and availability for any other waxer was about a week out. I'd been on schedule for so long, I didn't want to risk pushing back my appt, so I booked with another lady at another spa for the next day, and she BURNED me. She overheated the wax by mistake, and she tweezed so many hairs that she missed. So, classpass users, please call AHEAD so you can plan to stay on your waxing schedule. They make changes without informing classpass users, so you just have to stay on top of it!“

“Just had my first session! Mel helped me out and thoroughly explained what each bed could offer based on what my tanning goal was and how much time I could commit to coming in. The beds are truly top of the line, the rooms are spacious, and cleanliness is clearly a priority. So grateful for Mel's transparency, knowledge, and kindness. “I have been coming to use the Sculpt Pod for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. It's like an infrared sauna for one with vibration underneath you, like a gentle massage. It feels AMAZING. I initially started coming, hoping to shed some weight that I gained after being immobile (due to a back injury and surgery) but I quickly found that the infrared light relieved my pain. I go twice a week and while I do feel it has helped me slim down, I think it's benefitting my overall health. And the owner, Afsi is the sweetest woman! She makes every visit enjoyable.“

“I'm obsessed with this as an experience. I'm not a big fake tanner but I had an event and I needed a last-minute tan and the person booking me was so kind and helpful at squeezing me in. The tanning artist was so professional and made me feel so comfortable and body positive that I will definitely try and go back when I'm in the area because I felt beautiful afterwards but also during the tan! “I've been coming to Melrose Tanning Company for a year now and I have to say this place is the BEST. First off the owner is so kind as well as the other staff. I'm always greeted with kindness. If I have any questions, they are answered! Second, the place is CLEAN. Never have I ever had an issue with a dirty bed, etc. Third, the membership prices are unbeatable!! I walked in with no appointment at a busy time and while I waited I got to see lots of happy customers leave with very nice haircuts, almost all of them chatting and gushing about how they and their families had been coming for years. The stylists are obviously all very talented and very versatile - all types of styles and treatments were being done while I was there. Marci was wonderful. I brought a couple pictures of what I wanted and, even though my part and the length I actually wanted were pretty different from the reference pictures, she adapted it SO well to my individual hair. I told her that one day I still wanted to try one of the other styles I brought pictures of, and she seemed genuinely excited to do it herself. I'll definitely be going back to Marci at Hair Visions for that cut after I get some good long wear out of my new hair style! Very happy. :)“

“I wanted to wait to give this place a review. I was leaving to Mexico Friday and went into sunworks on Thursday for the mystic spray. Jack was amazing at explaining to me about mystic and versa. I got the spray. Then Jack offered me a discount to try out the lights which I was nervous about because I burn easily but nope. I tried it out and loved it. Jack knew exactly what I wanted and needed. He is so friendly. The place is really clean. Relaxing place actually. I was afraid of being orange but the next morning I woke up and had a beautiful glow and tan. It lasted me two weeks which was worth my money! I'm definitely going back so the summer I can have my glow. And I'm pale white and I loved the outcome!“
