I love this place! It is very clean and organized. I want to give a shout out to Tim. He was super friendly and welcoming. Tim was very helpful with recommending which food was good for my pup and had a lot of knowledge of foods & what can be good for dogs & what can't. We appreciate him!
I stopped by this pet supply store while visiting Los Angeles and had a fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they even let me park for free, which is a huge plus in this area. The store is well-stocked with high-quality products, and you can tell they really care about animals and their customers. Love all of the Tailwaggers locations! Todd and the staff really care and the selection is great. But my favorite thing about Tailwaggers is watching the neighborhood dogs pull their parents into the store - they know the routine, jump on the treat step and you’re going to get immediate service. Haha!
And our rescue (LAAR.org) is there every Sunday for dog adoptions! Cats are inside the back of the store every Sunday too - through Cats At The Studios.
