Unbelievable! what a horrible office!! My cousin waited over a month for her appointment then she shows up and it turns out that they cancelled her appointment because she was no longer eligible with the medical group (NOT TRUE) she never got a call or was ever notified. She was referred as urgent because of a possibility of cancer diagnosis! They had absolutely no respect or compassion for her. Then she calls the doctor that referred her and that’s office calls this office back and they deny that the patient ever showed up!! Please don’t ever come to this office healthcare workers should treat patients with respect and dignity and DOCTORS please be aware of who...read full review
if i could i would give them a zero, very upset. was referred to them from the hospital in April, i got an apt 6 months out till November. the cancel me due to their nigilence. a day before my apt i call them and they say that i need a colon report from my referring dr. without it they wont see me. i try to get that done they call me back and tell me that a procedure code is missing and not approved for the consultation. ( they werent going to do surgery just consult)without it they wont see me. i waited 6 months for this appointment only for them to tell me this just one day before my apt. they said i should call my dr to get that sent and approved, my dr is closed so now i am here having wasted my time. my condition isn't getting better its getting worse and they have left me now looking for another dr that might schedule me far out. my insurance limits me to going to certain offices the only choice they gave me. i had no choice but to wait, now

He asked "if I had anyone who cares about me to help me shave" but ive been told by doctors shaving isn't good..but isn't that what surgeons are suppose to do? Shave the hair ????Then when I showed him the wound on my tummy/pelivc area without a warning he squeezed it and i screamed in pain and he said "you have puss everywhere!" In a very mean...read full review
