The hours are super inconsistent, I've came by at 4 when it supposedly closed at 5 and it's closed. I've came by at 11:30 when it supposedly opens at 10, closed. Like I said, just super inconsistent.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. My sister went here and they cut her face. The employee declined to give her a refund because her boss is in India and only her boss does refunds. This is ridiculous and poor customer service. During the threading she was also slapping my sister and being aggressive. When she went in she didn't have acne or pimples. Her face reacted to the rough threading and now her face is cut, red, and erupted. My sister reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well and it turns out they aren't registered with them. The BBB stands for an ethical market place where buyers and sellers can trust each other. Well now I know why they aren't accredited. I absolutely don't recommend this establishment to anyone.
This is the 3rd time I've come here during their open hours and they've been closed. noone answers the phone. Their hours show on Google. but they must not care. This is ridiculous. I decide to come an hour after opening hours since it's a small business and still not open. today I waited 2hours. this is so unprofessional. NEVER COMING BACK. Wasted time and gas.
