Studio Metamorphosis offers a range of fitness experiences, integrating Pilates as the fundamental principle, to help you create an effective workout plan and achieve your personal best. The Run, Ride and Shred formats deliver a powerful combination of strength and cardio, while Pilates (our Shred classes) focuses on core strength and control. All formats, led by our trainers, will help you build physical and mental strength. Through each of these formats, including Pilates, you will increase flexibility, strength, core balance, endurance and cardio. You will feel healthier, happier, stronger, and best of all have fun doing it!
