Alice has been absolutely vital in helping me to stay loose and flexible for my cross training. She is able to find all the key spots of tension while helping me to feel relaxed. Looking forward to going back again and again.

Went here maybe a year ago and forgot the name and frantically tried to remember this place. Luckily we did because this place does the best massages I've experienced. They really get in there. Some places when you tell them hard pressure is okay, it doesn't really feel that way, but here, with something like a deep tissue massage, they really take it seriously. My masseuse found knots and spent some time with them. We're seriously considering regularly every month.

Been coming here at almost 2 months after rotator cuff repair surgery.
The shoulder is stiff and pt was really hurting me so I seek help. Tony is a wonderful masseuse. He was able to take the pain and the body stress away. I sleep better every time I come here.
He uses hot stone and I tried cupping. Both a procedure that Tony is good at. He is also very creative and intuitive. He responded to my pain and stiffness and help relieve my discomfort.
I also love the stretching as he massages along the stretching. Really relaxed me.
