We were looking for a construction company to remodel our kitchen which required removing a load bearing wall, creating an open concept. Tomer responded to my call in a timely manner and gave me a fair quote after an evaluation of the project. Tomer and his crew of workers were very professional and always cleaned up after each section was completed for the day. When an issue would come up regarding any aspect of the remodel Tomer personally responded and had his workers correct the issue. We love the beautiful open concept, the tile flooring, cabinets, quartzite countertops and island. All the crew was friendly and a pleasure to have at my home. The quality of the construction was top notch and we are very particular.

Tomer Grimberg and his company Southwest Construction and Housing are the professionals to call if you have any construction that needs first class attention. The previous owners of our home removed two bearing walls without properly reinforcing them. We called five contractors to help us correct the problems. They either ignored our calls or didn't call us back when they said they would. Tomer on the other hand responded immediately and met or exceeded the specifications on the blueprints that a structural engineer had prepared for us. Well, Tomer texted me last night and gave his side of story and all is good between us. He's now going to come in a few weeks to give us his estimate for my disabled bathroom. He claims he's the only company with a CAPS Certificate. And this is the first time he got a bad review. I will update you on the progress. So far alls well
