Got my second facial from Massie today and I look forward to going back! I've tried many facials at many different salons all around town - Massie and this salon will be my regular spot now because she takes great care of your skin and has magic hands! She uses quality non-irritating products, thorough yet gentle extractions, the best soothing shoulder and foot massage, and gives light suggestions if you ask but is definitely not pushy about products or services which I appreciate. It's no wonder she has been in the neighborhood for almost 30 years and I'm happy to be a regular here at this great skin care salon owned by kind Massie.
Came to Solidago after receiving a gift card and recommendation from a friend who has been going to this salon for years. Let me start by saying I have never felt more confident in my skin after my appointment. Massie went out of her way to give me an overview of my skin and recommend the correct treatment for my facial. She was extremely honest and shared some products she believed may have been messing with my skin, also providing recommendations without overselling her products (which are also a GAME CHANGER)!! I believe she is the owner of the salon who takes care of me. (I am sorry I cannot remember her name) I am very impressed by her professionalism. She has extensive knowledge & consistent and delicate technique. She also provides great customer service and makes you feel like she is not doing it for money but she truly loves what she does and truly cares about her customers. It's rare to bump into people like this these days. I've been there just twice but I love this salon! No wonder why their business has been striving for 23 years!
