Came to Solidago after receiving a gift card and recommendation from a friend who has been going to this salon for years. Let me start by saying I have never felt more confident in my skin after my appointment. Massie went out of her way to give me an overview of my skin and recommend the correct treatment for my facial. She was extremely honest and shared some products she believed may have been messing with my skin, also providing recommendations without overselling her products (which are also a GAME CHANGER)!! I believe she is the owner of the salon who takes care of me. (I am sorry I cannot remember her name) I am very impressed by her professionalism. She has extensive knowledge & consistent and delicate technique. She also provides great customer service and makes you feel like she is not doing it for money but she truly loves what she does and truly cares about her customers. It's rare to bump into people like this these days. I've been there just twice but I love this salon! No wonder why their business has been striving for 23 years!
I've been here twice and both times were both very good experiences. Massie is so sweet and makes you feel comfortable and safe! I recommended her to my roommate as well and she also had a great experience. She is careful with her work and takes her time to make sure her work is of utmost quality. Forget those fancy looking overpriced waxing chains, go visit Massie!
