Love this store. They carry Francis Klein and have a trunk show! My dream has come true. Gabby is amazing! Her customer service is A+. When the trunk show arrived (which is right now) she texted me, sent me photos of an amazing selection and we FaceTimed so I could see all the frames! Francis Klein is pricey, but when I ordered 2 pairs I was given a discount. Gabby is wonderful and I hope you get to work with her!
Everyone is so pleasant here! Also the best selection of glasses here and have different prices based on your budget. Glasses are an investment especially if you don't have insurance but you won't regret coming here. I wish I remembered the employee's name because she was great! I will always come back here to shop for glasses. Thank you
Took my glasses in to have the lens replaced with a new prescription. Unfortunately, they broke my frames during this, but were super apologetic and offered at no cost to replace the same type of frames or choose a new one.I chose new frames and am very happy, they are my favorite set, and the shop has a large variety of nice glasses.
