Dr. Vardi and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are so caring and hard working. I see reviews about their clinic and I have to disagree. I have been taking my 16-year-old dog to Shelter Vet since she was a puppy, they have given her the best care. Due to the many patients they have and small staff, I have experienced long wait times but I understand how impacted they are with the amount of patients they have. I came to Shelter Vet as a new client and was very pleased with how friendly and accommodating the staff is! Dr.Vardi went into great detail during my baby's exam and was very knowledgeable. Jennifer the front desk representative who checked me out was super nice and helpful! Although the wait was long because this place is very busy and seems a little hectic the customer service and medical treatment never seems to fall through the cracks! Definitely going to be my primary care for my baby!

The veterinarian is experienced and if you call in with an emergency he will try to help if he can but keep in mind this is a small & very busy clinic. All in all I do recommend taking your cats & dogs here, at the least for their spay/neuter surgeries,... read full review
