I've been incredibly lucky to find such a phenomenal hair stylist like Bryan. Byran has been doing my hair for over a decade. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I've always struggled with very fine and thin hair and since I found Bryan I have finally been able to color my hair without fear of loosing during the process.

He knows exactly what he is doing in every aspect of hair. Style, color, cut, extensions. You name it, Bryan has mastered it. Getting my hair done at Serrano always makes my week. I booked a last-minute blowdry with Ali and added a deep conditioning treatment-my hair still feels soft and silky days later.

Ali's been my stylist for over five years and consistently does an amazing job on my hair. She's so easy to talk to and always delivers. The salon feels like a second home (with better coffee-free cold brew!). The front desk team is friendly, organized, and clearly committed to cultivating a great experience. Definitely worth booking.

I always love and look forward to my hair treatments with Lori. She holds an amazing wealth of knowledge about scalp and hair health and maintains a genuine curiosity about product ingredients and care rituals, always learning and seeking new information so that she can share it with her clients. I find this priceless, and it speaks volumes to the quality of her work and her commitment to what she does. The salon is peaceful and beautifully maintained and everyone who works there that I have come across has been warm and kind.
