We were quoted one price on the phone and then they wanted to double it with deep cleaning and when I said no, the price went from 150 to 195 and I asked them to leave. The man became very angry calling my daughter a fu$king b&$ch and throwing paper at her. The Chem Dry Company I used was great but that was 5 years ago. Never have I ever been so disappointed and wanting to call the cops. I give them a -0

I've been doing business annually with this company for 30 years and cannot say enough about them. They are honest, personable, responsive, diligent, go above and beyond and provide a quality product. No company I deal with has provided better service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Services: Area rug cleaning

I'm hoping I'm giving the right location this review. I spoke to Joe and he was great - he came with an associate gave me an estimate and they did an amazing job on my sectional. I would highly suggest them. They were right on time - I did have to reschedule a few times because I was sick and they were so nice about that part too Just make sure you ask for Joe if you call - like I said they have a few Chem-Dry and I want to direct you to the right one. And they cleaned everything up and put sectional together to dry before they left. They made it so easy. I highly suggest this company
