One of my bathroom toilets was clogged and the plumber, Dustin arrived clearly exhausted from a long days work, but he still stay at my place until the early morning hours, applying all the tricks in his bag to repair my toilet. He even had the calmness of mind to deal with my demanding downstairs neighbor during the whole process.
