Been working out with Rebekah for about a year. She always customizes the workouts to how my body feels while adding the right amount of challenge. I appreciate she helps me train to make my body feel stronger. And she's super friendly to boot. Highly recommended.
I was trained by Rebekah for the past 3 months. During the pandemic I lost all motivation to work out. Rebekah helped me lose weight but more importantly she helped me get back into the rhythm of living a healthy lifestyle and working out. Her workouts were challenging but not impossible. The workouts were also great exercises you could use at the gym. It was amazing to see the progress within only three months and witnessing myself accomplish fitness heights I never thought possible. Rebekah's studio is absolutely perfect for those who don't want to commit to the gym just yet. It's a private studio where she has all the essential equipment to yield a great work out. In the studio, it's just you, Rebekah, and her adorable and entertaining dog-- Rocky. Overall, it's been an incredible and rewarding experience being trained by Rebekah. I can safely say she's changed my life, I now have control of it again. Consider yourself blessed if you are trained by Rebekah. Thank you Rebekah.
Rebekah's personal training is both spot on technically and intuitive. She really gets to know her clients and designs challenging and creative workouts tailored for each individual. She is encouraging and pushes you to do better each session. She does research on current fitness trends and has a strong foundation in personal training, competitive running and body building. I highly recommend RVNFIT to anyone looking to tone up, bulk up, lose weight or to spice up their workout routine.
