Matthew did a fantastic job, he was very prescient on finding our issues and fixing our problem throughly and efficiently. Old house with old pipes, he was able to quickly locate a buried line and follow through with the repair and drain service. Very respect and reliable, thank you Matthew for all your help!
Mateo and his associate were the most professional and gifted plumbers I have worked with. Sometimes one can think that just because a vendor is personable, they may be less gifted in their technical abilities. This was not the case the Roto Rooter team, who exceeded all expectations in service and execution. Mateo was able to listen to my requirements in getting a new toilet, and went the extra mile to make sure that I got the model I wanted. When I wasn’t sure about certain decisions and options, he was able to fall back on his experience to provide advice.
