Workers do their job but the doctor here is a scam trying to get paid by your business he doesn't care about patients he is very tough with injuries and he will never give bed rest he is not allowed to he made me come back after only 2 days after throwing my back out and he lifted work restrictions and lied about it being a printer or system problem only admitted after calling him a disrespectful liar don't come here even if your boss makes you its terrible waste of time.
Arrived at 7:15 to an empty waiting room. Filled out all paperwork. It’s now 8:40 and still no sign of a doctor ? Will never come back here!!! Didn’t even get out until 11am all for just a simple antibiotic prescription and a $50 co-pay?????
I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff from this urgency care facility. From the initial call, receptionist, nurses., x-ray staff everyone was just so kind and caring. Even though I'm not from the area I was worried they wouldn't accept my insurance but they did. I strongly recommend this urgent care facility. They treated me with patience and understanding even though my broken foot issue needed extra time and care. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Wait time was not so bad when I came probably about an hour or less.
