Dr. Reiss continues to be the best, and being able to access her via telehealth has been a huge benefit for me (in no small part by being able to avoid the painful car time that would be required to make an office visit). She provides actionable guidance that helps you feel in control of your problem and helps you get on track to recovery.

I am here to update my previous one star review. Apparently the owner has reached out to me shortly after getting my negative review on Yelp. I appreciate how much she cares about the review and rating. And I understand running a small business isn't easy so I'm here to provide an update. The owner asked me to remove the review, however, I don't think is fair nor necessary because I did have a very negative experience trying to make an appointment last time. Dr. Reiss was the best physical therapist that I've had the pleasure of working with. Her knowledge and compassion really come through even when working remotely. I'm happy to say that my leg is really improving after working with Dr. Reiss.
