I’m an LA transplant from the South who’s been hunting for a salon that’ll give me a comfortable no muss no fuss Black Experience in the city for awhile now. Rehab Salon has given me a place to call home. Their prices are very affordable, their scheduling doesn’t make you jump through hoops or have any crazy rules, and they have great work ethic. There are many good Black salons here but this Salon is my holy grail for rejuvenating my soul and confidence.

I meant to post this months ago! I wanted to post all these pictures but I just realized that it looks like Google reviews doesn’t take images. Anyway, I got a short cut from Shun (she specializes in short cuts so if you’re interested in that I’d recommend booking with her). Really loved it! Wish I could post the proof, haha. I like how the short curls frame my face. Very fun and cute and sophisticated. Received many compliments about the cut. I brought my partner here. The salon is in the back of a lovely and cute shop with crystals, incense and handmade jewelry by Aklia. The space had a good vibe and good music. Aklia was super sweet and welcoming and did a beautiful job with a palm roll and styling of my partner's locs for a wedding we came into town for. Would recommend it.
