Ray is a phenomenal trainer and coach! When I first started working with Ray, I was almost 200 pounds (for reference, I'm 5'8" and a woman) and was extremely uncomfortable in my own body. I've been working out with Ray for almost 9 months now. I used to work out at the gym across the street ( my trainer there was cool, but eventually the culture there kinda went down and wasn't for me)but my wife was training with Ray and she told me that I would get along well with him. I guess she was right! Ray took me on when I was super out of shape and worked with me on my level. I weighed in around 213-214 lbs. heaviest I've ever been in my life. Throughout this time I have cut 15 lbs of fat but gained 15 lbs of lean muscle. I feel and look better in years. My plan is to lose another 15-20 lbs of fat. I just finished a 6 month program with Ray and I am now in the best shape ever. At 57 I have sculpted definition in my arms, legs and and a 6 pack for the first time in my life. Ray was recommended to me from another trainer. Ray is the go to guy when other trainers want to get in shape. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition, anatomy and Physical fitness. Once you tell Ray what your overall goal is, he will set up a nutrition plan and and work out to fit that goal. Be prepared to work for it.
