I was never "overweight", but I also never had the body that I really wanted. I was either slightly chubby or skinny. Until I met Ray. Through his decades of experience, he's taught me exercise/fitness strategies and also the nutrition/diet strategies I needed to finally get my body to look the way I wanted it to. I now have six pack abs and am ripped. The girls love it, I love it, and the guys are envious. (Little do they know it's really not that hard to get.) My ego/confidence is much higher now than it's ever been :) Ray taught me fitness and nutritional concepts that got me healthier and looking better than ever. It worked for me and I've seen it work for his other clients - girls, guys, young, old, been previously injured, or athlete. He just gets results.
I chose to train with Ray after I had talked to a number of his clients (particularly another actor like myself) who had extremely positive things to say about him. And, since I worked at the gym where they trained, I witnessed his clients' results over time. They were leaner, stronger, and more fit. Also, I had concerns for my back, not wanting to suffer any back pain. So, for me, Ray's detailed focus and instruction on proper bio mechanics (posture) to reduce chances of injury are invaluable. Among many trainers I could have chosen, simply put, Ray was the man for the job. Ray is the gold standard when it comes to trainers!
As a mature women I've taken pretty good care of my overall health, I am very active and eat quite healthy. I wanted to find an exceptionally good trainer to ensure that I'm exercising properly to maintain my muscle strength, stamina and bone density. Ray is that trainer. After training with Ray I could really feel the difference hiring a highly skilled trainer can make. The training sessions were wonderful. I did new exercises that were challenging and also learned some stretching techniques. He's a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend him.
