This company is negligent honestly. They do the bare minimum in keeping the apartment (17736 Hatteras St.) barely liveable. The apartment is pretty run down, dirty, and roach infested. Nothing much is done about it. Sure it's cheap rent, but with the way the building is, it's not worth it tbh.

These people are so unprofessional..a tenant put a complaint on another tenant and they told the tenant whom the complaint was about and that tenant knocked on the tenant that filed a complaint and started arguing with her ..complains are supposed to be confidential to avoid any harassment..

Where to start! I had about one week to organize my return to Los Angeles and I needed to be within geographical proximity of my job. I chose Unit 6 at 5343 Virginia Ave as my landing pad for my first year back in LA. I knew I was walking into a shitty property management company scenario so nothing that follows was necessarily surprising or out of the ordinary for these types of places. I do like to inform others so that they can make an accurate decision on whether a particular building will work for them or not. So without further ado. R&E Management is shit.
