I've been reading the reviews and am not enthusiastic about pursuing care here. However, I thought I'd give them a try! I called to set up a first appointment for a physical. The call took 17 minutes. There were a lot of awkward pauses where it wasn't clear what was taking so long or if the person was still on the call lol. Not a typical exchange for setting up an appointment, but I now have an appointment and whoever I spoke with was pleasant. I will be updating my review as I go through with the appointment. I have been coming here since I was 17 pregnant with my first child I am now 23 mother of 3 and let me just say Dr. Rodríguez and Dr. Lee are great ! My complaint is with how long it takes to get an appointment scheduled to begin with and how long the wait is to get into the room and then the wait in the room to be seen by dr is just ridiculous. Have had to clear a whole days worth of stuff just for an appointment at this location.
My wife went today to have her finger joint pain checked out. The nurse practitioner Ming evaluated here from 6 feet away without X-rays and prescribed her an anti-inflammatory and said that it working hands and that she will have to take medication the rest of her life. This is the type of medical we pay for nowadays . Ridiculous.
