The director of Quality is Amanda Martinez. Her "quality of care" towards me was beyond disbelief. Rude, unpassionate, and horrific unprofessionalism. The amount of bad experiences I had here finally reached her, and she did nothing. She should be ashamed of herself and her work ethic and standards she sets, and allows. Managers above her should see how she treats patients.
I've been here a few times when getting my prescriptions. I'm very happy about switching pharmacies. The pharmacists are very friendly and professional. I just love professionalism, which we don't get nowadays. So to this pharmacy thank you for making a difference
Unacceptable Unprofessionalism and Violation of Patient Confidentiality at Queens Care!!!! We were appalled by the unprofessional conduct displayed by the front office staff, particularly Keven. His behavior was beyond unacceptable and warrants immediate termination. Not only did Keven exhibit a complete disregard for professionalism, but there were also alarming breaches of patient confidentiality under his watch. It's deeply concerning to witness such negligence in handling sensitive information. Moreover, the unwelcoming and hostile environment created by Keven, Diana, and Veronica only added to the distress of the situation. Their behavior not only reflects poorly on the clinic but also undermines the trust and comfort that patients should feel when seeking medical assistance. It is imperative that Queens Care takes swift and decisive action to address these issues. Patients deserve better than to be subjected to such unprofessionalism and disregard for their privacy. Terminating Keven and implementing measures to ensure a respectful and confidential environment must be prioritized to uphold the standards of care and professionalism expected in a healthcare setting. In conclusion, my experience at Queens Care was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the front office staff, particularly Keven. Action must be taken to rectify this situation and restore confidence in the clinic's ability to provide quality care while respecting patient privacy.
