Wendy's warm approach significantly impacted my father, making each of her visits something he genuinely looked forward to. In addition to Wendy's excellent service, the clinical team provided great care, ensuring that all of my father's health needs were met with precision and empathy. They were attentive, responsive, and truly went above and beyond in their care. I highly recommend the entire team at Prohealth to anyone looking for home health services.

This place is amazing. Recently they took care of my grandmother for nursing. The nurse was extremely kind and was very attentive and always on time. The communication between my family and the office was always great. Scheduling was no issue and they made sure that every visit was coordinated Quickly and efficiently. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my grandmother and we will use Prohealth again if we need their services

Do not use this home health agency. The lack of professionalism by their Director of Nursing is beyond disappointing; no accountability whatsoever and tries to blame the patient's family for her errors. There are other home health agencies who are compassionate, accountable and considerate of feelings and schedules. Unfortunately, the patient does NOT come first with them.
