Private Computer Tutor

After years using a Chromebook I had to start using a Windows OS and needed help, to say the least. Brian's private sessions on Zoom was just what I needed. He is encouraging when you feel lost and patient. He gave me the help I needed and was wonderful to work with.

Brian is a great tutor and helped me with MAC issues since I am not computer savvy. At the end of our session, I was so relived and the computer "burden" was lifted off of my brain! Using ZOOM is the method I chose and it was as if he were in the room guiding my hand until I had confidence. Highly recommended!

I'll update this review with regard to his actual tutoring but he earned five stars already with his response time and over the phone explanation of how he can help me. His confidence is exactly what's needed during the initial information gathering stage as it really solidified my decision to move forward. I've set my appointment and can't wait to see what Brian can teach me. I'm truly looking forward to this. Added bonus he has a great sense of humor and was very easy to talk with.
