I was resisting Pilates for years, but after intense spine surgery I relented to give it a try. After a year I can’t believe I waited so long to try it. Roxanne’s intuitive and expert eye identifies what my body needs to work on and has given me an education on a framework that I now bring to the gym, sitting at the office or simply a better way to walk. My experience with her and powerhouse studio has changed my life for the better.
Have taken privates with Yuko for more than 10 months. It’s always a pleasure to take class with her. She is such a patient, details-oriented and attentive instructor. There are other instructors I took in the studio as well, none of them can go wrong!
I’m so happy to have found Powerhouse Pilates. The quality and knowledge of the instructor is excellent. The classes are small (4 max) and they focus on your form with adaptations to your body. I’ve been a student of Pilates on and off for 20 years. Now at 75 yr their “active Agers” class is challenging and perfect for me!! Thank you Ania and Roxanne.
