Mark and crew did a very nice job repaving our common driveway. They got the job done one day ahead of schedule. There were 7 houses impacted and Mark handled any special requests without a problem. My only complaint, the bid did not indicate that Pioneer does not supply water to the project. We live in a city where the water is very expensive. I would have negotiated a better rate had I known that fact. Also his berms were not as good as I had hoped they would be. He doesn’t have the equipment to make a uniform shaped berm.

Two giant Ash trees had torn up the sidewalk in front of our house, and when we finally got permission from the city to remove them we had to repair the sidewalk ourselves. Pioneer did an incredible job, dealt patiently with the city inspections and we couldn't be happier with the process and the way it looks now.
