If there was a choice to rate this floral business I give it a -1 Becuase a star is acknowledgment. I have to say customer service is horrible!!! Presentation is horrible over priced flower arrangements and poor quality floral organization I am so upset with the arrangement I received there is no way I paid over 100 dollars for this mess. They delivered 2 days early not going based with the time frame they provided it was the wrong vase as you can see the back looks a mess seems like they ran out of flowers get your business elsewhere they refuse to fix there mess.
This was my third time ordering from Panache, and the experience was truly incredible! I'm now a lifelong regular. I just wish more of my floral recipients were in this area... John went far above and beyond to learn about the recipient and tailor the arrangement to exactly fit my needs! He event threw in a free upgrade of tremendous value. When I saw the picture of the arrangement, I was wowed by the beautiful colors and extravagance! A true artist!
I am about to send a Yelp on your delivery shop Panache. This is the most arrogant, rude maybe manager in the flower business. I'm deciding rather to add your company as well. As you can see, I have tried to give your business and I keep getting horrible service. You know this company is bad but you would think they are the only ones in the area that deliver flowers. I'm not having being treated like nothing because some idiot can't handle the holiday pressure. Get out the business if you can't. And the rudeness is unbearable. I'm yelping the s*** out this place and if I don't hear from your team. I will do a separate one on you guys. I'm furious. Damn flowers dying when the order delivered on the wrong day to start and then we get some employee with his bad attitude treating CUSTOMERS like s**** He doesn't understand how he's getting business and paid.
