Ignacio and his team are AMAZING. You will not find better people to trust with your outdoor space. They are reliable, professional, knowledgeable, transparent and trustworthy. We have worked with many, many contractors and it truly is so refreshing when you finally meet a team of people you can count on. Throughout the entire process, they were attentive to detail, conscientious, and communicative. For me, the project was a bit daunting and overwhelming at first. Fortunately, it turned out to be one of the easier projects since they took care of everything!The team transformed our backyard dump into a magical oasis for my family. I had 2 major requests before we started reno: to make every bit of space usable (I am always looking for efficiency) and kid-friendly. They exceeded our expectations and we enjoy our outdoor getaway everyday. They excavated our yard and placed drains, gas and electrical lines, fire pit, 2 separate kitchen areas with grill, fridge and sink, pavers, artificial grass, huge patio cover, metal gates and fencing, retaining wall, landscape, lights, irrigation. It was a lot of work but they knew what they were doing with a lot of planning and prep work. I'm extremely grateful for the Olmos team and so happy with our outdoor space.

This guy was flying through on the truck route in Sylmar at the Roxford exit and almost hit my suv with my wife and baby inside. He also was driving super fast just to stop in the rush hour traffic of the semi trucks in front of us. I honked at him and he did not even bat an eye I assume he drives like this all the time. I would not recommend anyone that is a liability and has no regard for other people. I’m sure his work is just like his driving. I also have a picture to share with the world hopefully he does not hurt anyone.
