Great customer service! Jael (the girl who answered the phone) was so sweet and helpful. My item was a rush order & she kindly referred me out to someone who could get my dress altered quickly. thank you!!! I'll be back here next time!

I'm always hesitant to change dry cleaners, but moving meant I needed to find a new cleaners. I'm extremely glad I found Occidental. I've had a few different shirts with difficult stains which Occidental has been able to get out, which has saved me likely hundreds of dollars in needing to buy new shirts. They do a great job with repairs as well. Even better, every time I've dropped off cleaning so far, they have texted me to let me know once it's done, and sometimes that's even early. What a nice touch. Great staff also. Highly recommend.
