I LIKE TAKING my two boys TO NEW YORK CUTS. they do an amazing job. The care about your look and actually communicate. When it comes to the hair style they want. My boys always love their new fresh cut.
Active and productive barbershop located closer to eagle rock area in the hlp neighborhood. Great atmosphere and friendly employees. A little pricey but they know what they're doing . Ask for, Toad the barber. He'll take care of you ?
I've been going to the NYC shop on Monte vista for awhile but due to covid stopped at their location on York. I saw a lot of the barbers on Monte vista. All the barbers they hire are great. Hot tip: Really recommend you call ahead and make an appointment or else bring a full charge on your phone because that line can take forever. It's a very typical shop where barbers and clients roast each other in good fun. Also, very local vibes that are hard to come by now a days .
